Refund Policy

VELVET VAPES REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In some cases, your item may be covered by our authorised distributors 90 day policy, please contact us with your order number to check if this is the case before retuning your item. Please only send your item back to the manufacturer if it is after 30 days from your initial purchase or order.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted - Any item not in its original condition, not in its original packaging, is damaged or is missing parts, or for any other reason not due to our error and also for any items that are returned after 30 days from purchase or order, are all reasons where this may apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Good such as, but not limited to, e-liquid, coils, used tanks, batteries and cotton are all examples of non-refundable items. We also do not accept products that are hazardous, illegal or have been tampered with in any.

Downloadable Products
Items Bought with Voucher Codes
Sale Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, there can often be some processing time before a refund is credited to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and do not exchange one product for another. If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to defect or damage, please send us an email at orders@velvetvapes.co.uk, with your order number.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and only they will be updated about your return.

Returning
To return your product, you should fill out a returns form here returns.velvetvapes.co.uk were you will also be given instructions on returning you item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Initial postage costs are non-refundable. Velvet Vapes Limited accept no liability for items sent without some form of tracking.
